As a contractor that has years of experience in dealing with these types of companies, I’m not often highly impressed. However, the service and quality this company provides is exceptional. The workmanship is great and the customer service is top notch. Most importantly, if there is an issue they stand behind their work. I highly recommend the company Barry has built!
Hello Barry. I just wanted to reach out to let you know how pleased we are with the glass that you cut for our table. I was a bit nervous about the 1/4”. I thought it would look too thick. It looks amazing and most importantly its protecting the table.

I called for some advice today, before removing 7.5’ tall by 48” wide mirrored sliding closet doors in a bedroom. Very friendly, SUPER helpful staff!! Got the expert advice I needed! No wonder they’re so highly rated 😁 My future glass needs will bring me back because I like the way I was treated! Thank you 😊

We have never had to have a window replaced before but I’m so glad we came here first! They were amazing, professional and friendly, returned my quote in under 10 minutes and had someone out the same day to repair it! The technician was polite and courteous and gave me pointers for my other windows, and was done in under an hour.
I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs repair work, replacements or just something new! Thanks Rocklin Glass and Mirror!!!!

I love giving good reviews, so I am happy to be writing this one for Rocklin Glass and Mirror.
First, they keep to their hours, stating they will be open until 5 pm and actually remaining open until 5 pm. I know it sounds simple but many businesses, including another nearby glass shop, do not adhere to this policy.
Second, they gave me an estimate right away to help me decide if I wanted to do business with them or keep shopping. The estimate was quite reasonable by the way.
Third, they gave me an estimated delivery of the end of the following day which they exceeded. in fact, they called me the following morning by 9 am and were done with my job.
So, to summarize they are: honest, reasonable and over-deliver. If I have future glass needs, I will call them first and recommend you do the same. And for those that wonder, no I don’t always give good reviews. I give honest reviews.

Within 15-minutes of my online request for a call, Hillary called. Within another 15-minutes I had a quote and an appointment! By the next afternoon Jason and Dave had been here and removed the mirror. They were so friendly, polite, and efficient – just as Hillary had been.
