Barry Grafe

President, Owner

Barry is extremely knowledgeable about shower enclosure designs; and anything pertaining to glass, mirror, acrylics, and screens. His approach is to listen and explain options that will benefit homeowners with their wants, needs and desires; while giving them quality and customized features.

He was born and raised in Redding, CA and has traveled to many different States in the United States and countries abroad. His favorite place is Rocklin! He enjoys the scenery, the vast openness for 4-wheeling, and enjoying a great time outdoors.

In his spare time Barry enjoys anything with a motor. He enjoys 4-wheeling, bicycling, mountain biking, motorcycling, kayaking, camping, and hunting. He is a Veteran and served in the U.S. Army for three years in Germany. He is outgoing and enjoys interacting with all people, and is open to answering questions about glass projects.

Sharon Grafe

Treasurer, Owner

Sharon has more than thirty years experience working in corporate industries, such as healthcare and legal. She and Barry have been married for almost twenty-two years, this September 2018. She runs both the front and back office, handles the billing and assists Barry as necessary. She also handles the marketing, advertising, and much more for the business.

While she has, in the past, ridden her own motorcycle to Los Angeles; she is currently in the process of learning how to 4-wheel her own Jeep Wrangler. She enjoys the outdoors and likes to ride her e-bike with Barry. She enjoys cooking and entertaining family and friends.

Together, she and Barry have four children of which are all grown. They have four grandchildren, two Miniature Schnauzers and one Chorkie. While they are empty nesters, she adores her pooches and on occasion you will find them with her at the shop.

Sharon has the gift of gab and enjoys chatting with customer’s and getting to know them on a more personal level.

Hillary

Administrative Front Office

Hillary assists Sharon with mostly front office duties, she’s the first face that will greet you when come to the shop.  She is very outgoing, wears her heart on her sleeve, enjoys meeting new customers and assisting them with their glass needs.

Hillary has five years experience as a Home Health Aide, but recently decided to relocate to Rocklin to be closer to family.

She enjoys concerts, country music, outdoors, camping, off-roading, trying new cuisine, music and day trips.

RGM Canine Crew

Motely Crew

RGM’S Canine Crew consists of our Miniature Schnauzers, Hunter & Gunner. Hunter’s a senior and Gunner is a juvenile; and Daisy Duke is a Chorkie, still a puppy.  These pups are part of our family. They are quite the comedians!

While they’re a delight to have nearby in the office, they can be obnoxious when customers come in because of their over abundance of excitement. While they’re here it’s sure to be a howling experience.  Occasionally they come into the office; however, most of time their enjoying their digs at home in their own room with assorted toys and each other.
