About Us

Barry is extremely knowledgeable about shower enclosure designs; and anything pertaining to glass, mirror, and screens. His approach is to listen and explain options that will benefit homeowners with their wants, needs and desires; while giving them quality and customized features.

He was born and raised in Redding, CA and has traveled to many different States in the United States and countries abroad. His favorite place is Placer County! He enjoys the scenery, the vast openness for 4-wheeling, and enjoying a great time outdoors.

In his spare time Barry enjoys anything with a motor. He enjoys 4-wheeling, bicycling, mountain biking, motorcycling, kayaking, camping, and hunting.

He is a Veteran and served in the U.S. Army for three years in Germany.
He is outgoing and enjoys interacting with all people and is open to answering questions about any & all glass projects.

Sharon brings more than three decades of professional experience across corporate industries, including biopharma, healthcare, and legal services. Married to Barry since 1996, she plays an integral role in the daily operations of Rocklin Glass & Mirror, Inc., overseeing accounts payable and receivable, office supply management, marketing and advertising.

An outdoor enthusiast with an adventurous spirit, Sharon has enjoyed many experiences over the years, including riding her own motorcycle to Los Angeles from the Bay Area.  These days, she’s more likely to be exploring backroads and off-road trails in the couple’s Jeep  or enjoying an e-bicycle ride with Barry. Her love of outdoors carries into her time away from the shop.

Together, Sharon & Barry have four grown children, several grandchildren, and three beloved dogs. Family, adventure, and a shared passion for the outdoors are an important part of their lives, both at work and beyond.

Dylan Grafe

Dylan is our youngest son and serves as the General Manager and Lead Installer at Rocklin Glass & Mirror, Inc. With more than a decade of experience in the glass industry, he brings extensive knowledge and expertise to both residential and commercial glass projects. His background also includes automotive glass, giving him a broad understanding of the industry.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Dylan takes great pride in precision, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. He is committed to ensuring every project is completed correctly, professionally and safely. He also enjoys discussing project ideas with prospective customers, helping them explore options and find the right glass solutions for their needs.

Outside of work, Dylan is a proud father of three who enjoys spending time with his family. His dedication to his craft, strong work ethic, and passion for getting every detail right makes him an essential part of our family business.

Hillary T. 

Hillary is an important part of our family-owned business, serving as Office Manager and Scheduler. Since joining our team in 2019, she has helped keep daily operations running smoothly, coordinates scheduling, and assists customers with their glass projects. As the friendly face of our front office, Hillary is often the first person to welcome you when you visit our showroom. Her outgoing personality and genuine enjoyment of meeting new people make her a valued resource for customers seeking solutions for their glass needs.

Outside of work, Hillary enjoys concerts, country music, outdoor adventures, camping, off-roading, discovering new cuisine, and taking local day trips with her husband, Colt, and their beloved Dachshund, Tacco.  Colt is also one of our lead installers, making Rocklin Glass & Mirror, Inc. a true family affair. Tacco proudly serves as our shop mascot and may be here to greet you during your visit to our showroom!
